Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Instructor | 100h / AYA & Mama-Baby Yoga Trainer – In-Person Course
Do you want to stay fit during pregnancy and prepare a relaxed birth for yourself and your baby? Do you want to quickly restore your pelvic floor and overall body strength after pregnancy? Then pre- and postnatal yoga should be integrated into your daily routine throughout the nine months of pregnancy and beyond.
Scientific studies have shown that yoga during pregnancy—also called prenatal yoga—not only makes pregnancy more comfortable but also supports the birth process. Prenatal yoga therefore provides significant benefits for both mother and baby.
The sessions are led by a naturopath, an experienced midwife, and a sports scientist, ensuring that you receive the highest level of expertise in this pre- and postnatal training.
In this in-person pre- and postnatal training, you have the opportunity to discuss and exchange experiences with the instructors and other participants during breaks over tea or water, helping to expand your own knowledge. This training includes not only the certificate Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Instructor | 100h, but also a qualification as a Mama-Baby Yoga Trainer, a unique offering in the German yoga market.
You will also learn how to gently train with your own child after birth, fostering early enjoyment of movement. This knowledge can later be passed on to your future students.
You will receive two certificates for the price of one:
Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Instructor | 100h
Mama-Baby Yoga Trainer (no specified hours)
The training follows the guidelines of the Yoga Alliance and provides individual guidance and support from the very beginning.
The program is structured according to a certified didactic concept. The curriculum is provided, so you are guided step by step through the training with a well-thought-out structure under the supervision of the book authors and instructors.
Note on structure: The ratio of prenatal to postnatal yoga is 3:1.
