Our Hatha-Vinyasa Year-Long Yoga Teacher Training 200h/AYA certified is spread over 8 weekends within 12 months.
The year-long training allows you to deeply immerse yourself in the world of yoga. During each weekend, asana theory, practice, methodology, and didactics are taught, with each weekend also having a specific focus. The weekends build on one another and conclude with an examination weekend. The exam consists of a teaching demonstration and a written test. Our 200h AYA certified year-long yoga teacher training is a part-time professional program, consisting of Module 1 (8-day intensive course) and Module 2 (8-day intensive course). The concept was developed 10 years ago by Marion Neises in collaboration with several educators and doctors and was introduced in 2012. The course concept has been reviewed and approved multiple times within the framework of our state recognition under §6 paragraph 1 WBLVO M-V, as well as under labor market promotion regulations AZAV (Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion according to the Third Social Code) and the DIN 29990 teaching academy certification. In addition, our training meets the high-quality standards of the Yoga Alliance (AYA), making our certificates valid worldwide.

In our video-on-demand training, you can structure your studies completely flexibly. You have up to 24 months to complete the course at your own pace and work through all assignments.
All study materials are displayed alongside the videos, allowing you to learn in a focused and effective way. A notes section under each video lets you record time codes and important information. You can watch the videos as often as you like to deepen your understanding or clarify any uncertainties before answering the multiple-choice questions at the end of each chapter.
Once you have watched all the videos, answered the questions, and submitted your assignments, your two certificates will be unlocked after our review.
