The training is practical and individually guided, structured according to a certified didactic concept, and follows the curriculum of our in-person training. The book authors guide you step by step through a clearly structured program.

Stress Management Trainer
Hormone Yoga and Hormone Yoga Therapy cannot be taught by regular yoga teachers, as they differ fundamentally from classical Hatha Yoga. In Hormone Yoga, elements from Kundalini Yoga, intensive pranayama techniques, stress management, subtle energy methods, and statically modified asanas are combined. Dinah Rodrigues developed this technique specifically to alleviate complaints during hormonal transition phases.
Hormone Yoga according to Dinah Rodrigues is a scientifically evaluated method that promotes natural hormone balance and helps maintain female hormone levels for as long as possible. The method is effective not only during menopause but can also help with menstrual problems, PMS, osteoporosis, and low sexual desire. After just four weeks of regular practice, hormone levels rise again, positively affecting appearance and vitality—making Hormone Yoga a unique anti-aging concept.
At WAY, you will be trained in Hormone Yoga by an experienced physician. Another experienced stress management trainer and yoga teacher will teach you how crucial relaxation is for maintaining female hormones. The Big Hormone Yoga Therapy Book is far more than a classic book on Hormone Yoga. It is based on the techniques of Dinah Rodrigues and additionally examines menopause from the perspective of hormone yoga therapy.
Dr. Birgit Haider explains how Hormone Yoga affects different body systems and how complaints and discomfort during menopause can be alleviated. Marion Neises, an experienced Hormone Yoga teacher who was personally trained by Dinah Rodrigues, guides you step by step through the Hormone Yoga sequences and the accompanying stress management techniques.
The authors not only cover the physical practice of Hormone Yoga and Hormone Yoga Therapy but also provide valuable tips for navigating menopause with ease and balance.
The book also serves as the official textbook for the WAY Hormone Yoga Training. In the Video-on-Demand training, the accompanying workbook is included in the course fee. The book is available through the MACAMA publishing house.
In our video-on-demand training, you can structure your studies completely flexibly. You have up to 24 months to complete the course at your own pace and work through all assignments.
All study materials are displayed alongside the videos, allowing you to learn in a focused and effective way. A notes section under each video lets you record time codes and important information. You can watch the videos as often as you like to deepen your understanding or clarify any uncertainties before answering the multiple-choice questions at the end of each chapter.
Once you have watched all the videos, answered the questions, and submitted your assignments, your two certificates will be unlocked after our review.
All training materials and videos are created according to the latest scientific and educational standards. They are regularly reviewed and updated as part of our annual DIN 29990 monitoring audits.
