Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Instructor | 100h & Mama-Baby Yoga Trainer – In-Person Course
Do you want to stay fit during pregnancy and ensure a relaxed birth for yourself and your baby? Do you want to quickly strengthen your pelvic floor and overall body after birth? Then pre- and postnatal yoga should be an integral part of your daily routine throughout the nine months of pregnancy and beyond.
Scientific studies show that prenatal yoga not only eases pregnancy but also supports the birth process, providing significant benefits for both mother and baby.
The sessions are led by an experienced midwife, a sports scientist, and a relaxation trainer, ensuring you receive the highest level of professional expertise.
All instructors are not only the authors of the Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Book, on which the 100h Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Instructor training is based, but also long-time 500h yoga teachers.
In the in-person training, you have the opportunity to ask questions during breaks over tea or water, exchange ideas, and share valuable experiences with the instructors and other participants.
The training awards two certificates:
Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Instructor | 100h
Mama-Baby Yoga Trainer (no specified hours)
You will also learn how to gently train with your own child, fostering early joy in movement. This knowledge can later be passed on to your future students.
The training follows the guidelines of the Yoga Alliance and provides individual guidance from the very beginning.
The program is structured according to a certified didactic concept. The curriculum is provided, guiding you step by step through the training under the instructors’ supervision.
Note on structure: The ratio of prenatal to postnatal yoga is 3:1.
