Do you want to stay fit during pregnancy and ensure a relaxed birth for your baby? Do you want to quickly restore your pelvic floor and overall body strength after birth? Then it makes sense to integrate pre- and postnatal yoga into your daily routine throughout the nine months of pregnancy and beyond.
Scientific studies show that prenatal yoga not only eases pregnancy but also supports the birth process for both mother and baby.
The sessions are led by an experienced midwife, a sports scientist, and a relaxation trainer, ensuring you receive the highest level of professional expertise. All instructors are not only the authors of the Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Book, on which this training is based, but also long-time, experienced 500h yoga teachers.
In the in-person training, you have the opportunity to discuss, exchange experiences, and deepen your knowledge with the instructors and other participants during breaks over tea or water.
The training awards two certificates:
-
Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Instructor | 100h
-
Mama-Baby Yoga Trainer (no specified hours)
The training also teaches you how to gently practice with your own child, fostering early enjoyment of movement. You can later pass this knowledge on to your future students.
The program follows a certified didactic concept and a well-structured curriculum, delivered step by step under the guidance of the book authors and instructors. You will receive individual advice and support as needed.
Note on structure: The ratio of prenatal to postnatal yoga is 3:1.
