Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Instructor | 100h & Mama-Baby Yoga Trainer – Livestream Course
Do you want to stay fit during pregnancy and ensure a relaxed birth for yourself and your baby? Do you want to quickly restore your pelvic floor and overall body strength after birth? Then it makes sense to integrate pre- and postnatal yoga into your daily routine throughout pregnancy and beyond.
Scientific studies show that yoga during pregnancy—also called prenatal yoga—not only eases the pregnancy itself but also supports the birth process, providing significant benefits for both mother and baby.
The sessions are led by an experienced midwife, a sports scientist, and a relaxation trainer, ensuring you receive the highest level of professional expertise. All instructors are also long-time 500h yoga teachers and authors of the Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Book, which forms the basis of this training.
In the in-person training, you have the opportunity to discuss with the instructors and other participants during breaks, exchange experiences, and deepen your knowledge. The training provides not only the Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Instructor 100h certificate, but also a unique qualification as a Mama-Baby Yoga Trainer.
You will also learn how to gently train with your own child to foster early joy in movement—knowledge you can later pass on to your future students.
At the end of the training, you will receive two certificates for the price of one:
Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Instructor | 100h
Mama-Baby Yoga Trainer (no specified hours)
The training follows the guidelines of the Yoga Alliance and is individually guided. You will be led step by step through a certified didactic concept, supported by the curriculum and the experienced authors/instructors.
Note on structure: The ratio of prenatal to postnatal yoga is 3:1.

This book is aimed at pregnant women who want to practice yoga during this special phase of life and prepare for childbirth. At the same time, it is designed for yoga instructors who teach pre- and postnatal yoga, wish to deepen their knowledge in this area, and seek inspiration for their classes.
It provides well-founded background knowledge from a midwife and a sports scientist. A deep understanding of the physical changes and needs of pregnant women is essential for mindful yoga practice and also facilitates teaching.
The book serves as the textbook for the WAY Pre- and Postnatal Yoga training. As part of the training, the workbook is included in the course fee. The textbook is ordered separately through MACAMA Verlag when the course is booked. Textbooks must always be purchased directly at the time of course enrollment to ensure that the latest version is used in the training.
