Numerous studies show that fascia responds strongly to everyday stress. Constant exposure to stress hormones can lead to hardening, restricted mobility, and pain. Targeted fascia training combined with Yin Yoga helps release both physical and emotional blockages and can alleviate musculoskeletal discomfort – in some cases even permanently.
In this training, you will be taught by a medical doctor specializing in general medicine and an experienced Yin Yoga teacher, both successful authors of The Great Yin Yoga Therapy Book. All instructors are also highly experienced 500-hour certified yoga teachers.
You will learn not only about the structure and physiology of fascia but also how to treat it effectively. In addition, you will be trained in therapeutic Yin Yoga practices and learn how to address various health conditions with specific sequences. Alongside the Yin Yoga / Yin Yoga Therapy training, you will also receive certification as a Fascia Trainer.
The training is offered as a live-stream course, allowing you to participate comfortably from home or on the go. It follows a certified didactic concept, and the curriculum mirrors our in-person program. The book authors guide you step by step through a structured training.
At the end of the course, you will receive two certificates: Yin Yoga Teacher / Yin Yoga Therapist (100h) and Fascia Trainer.
Yin Yoga kann man nicht als normaler Yogalehrer unterrichten. Yin Yoga und Yin Yoga Therapie unterscheiden sich vom klassischen Hatha Yoga, denn die Übungen werden ohne Alignment angeleitet. Man fällt quasi in die Asana hinein und lässt sich vom eigenen Körper führen, ohne dass der Körper jedoch Verletzungen und Schaden nimmt. Es ist deshalb beim Yin Yoga wichtig, die Übungen zu kennen, die fast ohne Alignment praktiziert werden können, da sie dem Körper nicht schaden. Unsere Ausbildung wird außerdem von einer Ärztin und einer sehr erfahrenen Yin Yogalehrerin unterrichtet, was dazu führt, dass Du ein sehr umfangreiches medizinisches Wissen zum Thema Faszien in dieser Ausbildung erhältst. Außerdem lernst Du yinyogatherapeutische Reihen kennen, wie zum Beispiel bei hartnäckigem Rückenschmerz oder Depressionen.
Um an diesem Kurs teilzunehmen musst Du mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein.
Im Yoga gibt es keine spezielle Zielgruppe. Yoga richtet sich an alle Menschen und ist für alle Altersklassen, Fitnesslevel und Berufe offen. Unsere Yogalehrer Ausbildung kann von allen Menschen mit einem durchschnittlichen Fitnessgrad durchlaufen werden. Wichtig ist ein echtes Interesse für Yoga und die Begeisterung die eigene Gesundheit durch Yoga zu verbessern und den yogischen Gedanken in die Welt zu tragen. Unsere Basisausbildung Yogalehrer 200h steht allen Menschen offen. Für die +300h Ausbildung ist die Basisausbildung von 200h Voraussetzung. Die +300h Ausbildung kann mit den Schwerpunkten Yogatherapie, Ashtanga Vinyasa / Personaltrainer und Yoga Coaching absolviert werden. Unsere Prä- und Postnatal Ausbildung ist für Hebammenpunkte zugelassen, ist eine Bereicherung für Schwangere, kann aber ansonsten von jedem Menschen absolviert werden, der Prä- und Postnatales Yoga in sein Repertoi als Yogalehrer absolvieren möchte. Unsere Kinder Yoga Ausbildung nach Prof. Marcus Stück richtet sich an alle, die Kinder Yoga auf wissenschaftlicher Basis unterrichten wollen. Unsere Hormon Yoga Ausbildung nach Dinah Rodriguez richtet sich an Frauen in den Wechseljahren oder mit anderen hormonellen Problemen, so wie an Yogalehreri die Hormon Yoga mit in ihr Repertoi integrieren wollen. Unsere Yin Yoga und Senioren Yoga Ausbildung steht allen Menschen offen. Das gleiche gilt für unsere Pilates- und Fitnesstrainer Ausbildung.
Die Ausbildung ist im Rahmen unser DIN29990 Lehrakademie Zertifizierung anerkannt. Außerdem ist die Weiterbildung nach §6 Absatz 1 WBLVO M-V staatlich anerkannt.

In keinem Jahrzehnt kommen und sind so viele Frauen in die Wechseljahre gekommen, wie in diesem! Die Babyboomer Generation steckt tief in den Wechseljahren, Generation X gleitet langsam hinein. Die Zahl der 45 bis 60 Jahre alten Frauen in Deutschland ist die höchste in allen Altersgruppen der weiblichen Bevölkerung. Viele Frauen leiden in dieser Phase durch den Rückgang der weiblichen Hormone. Ob Gelenkschmerzen, Osteoporose, Depressionen oder die äußerlichen Dinge wie Gewichtszunahme, Haarausfall und brüchige Nägel, es ist eine Zeit, während dieser Frauen um jede Hilfe dankbar sind, eines der benannten Übel zu lindern. Hormon Yogalehrer*innen / Hormon Yogatherapeut*in werden deshalb dringend gesucht.
Obwohl die Berufsbezeichnung nicht geschützt ist, hat der Beruf der Hormon Yogalehrerin / Hormon Yogatherapeutin in der letzten Zeit immer höheres Ansehen erlangt. Durch eine zertifizierte und fundierte Ausbildung zur Hormon Yogalehrerin werden sowohl die Methoden als auch die Sachkompetenz entwickelt, um einen individuell angepassten und fundierten Unterricht anzubieten.
Die Aufgabe der Hormon Yogalehrerin / Hormon Yogatherapeutin ist es, Menschen sowohl Hormon Yogatechniken als auch Entspannungstechniken nahezubringen. Es gilt sie auch insgesamt zu einer gesünderen Lebensweise zu coachen, die Körperwahrnehmung zu schulen, die Gedanken zur Ruhe zu bringen, die Seele zu stärken und den Körper aufzubauen.
Hormon Yogalehrer*innen / Hormon Yogatherapeut*innen arbeiten in unterschiedlichsten Bereichen. Sie unterrichten zum Beispiel im eigenen Studio, in Sport- und Fitnesseinrichtungen, in Krankenhäusern, Physiotherapiepraxen und weiteren therapeutischen Einrichtungen.
Fortbildungspunkte können von uns, nach erfolgreichem Abschluss einer Fachausbildung, ausgewiesen bestätigt werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Krankenkassenverbände und Fachverbände allein über die Anerkennung der Fortbildungspunkte entscheiden. Aus diesem Grund kann die WAY Europäische Akademie für Yoga und ganzheitliche Gesundheit keine Garantie für die Anerkennung übernehmen. Bislang ist jedoch kein Fall bekannt, in dem eine Anerkennung verweigert wurde.

As experienced Yin Yoga teachers, Claudia Bollig, Anett Babel, and Babett Müller demonstrate effective asanas and Yin Yoga therapeutic sequences that specifically target the fascial system. Readers gain a deep understanding of the structure and function of fascia.
The book serves as the textbook for the WAY Yin Yoga training. As part of the course, the accompanying workbook is included in the price. The hardcover textbook can be ordered directly through MACAMA Verlag when booking the course. Textbooks must always be purchased at the time of course registration to ensure that the most current version is used in the training.
In our video-on-demand training, you can structure your studies completely flexibly. You have up to 24 months to complete the course at your own pace and work through all assignments.
All study materials are displayed alongside the videos, allowing you to learn in a focused and effective way. A notes section under each video lets you record time codes and important information. You can watch the videos as often as you like to deepen your understanding or clarify any uncertainties before answering the multiple-choice questions at the end of each chapter.
Once you have watched all the videos, answered the questions, and submitted your assignments, your two certificates will be unlocked after our review.
All training materials and videos are created according to the latest scientific and educational standards. They are regularly reviewed and updated as part of our annual DIN 29990 monitoring audits.
